遥信 Aerogram 把你安卓手机上的短信与通话记录同步到你自己的 iPhone。我们的原则很简单：你的短信内容在离开设备前就已加密，服务器只经手密文，我们无法读取；不做广告，不出售数据，不接入任何第三方追踪。

端到端加密（最重要的一点）

你的短信正文、通话记录、联系人备注名，全部在设备本地用由你的密码派生的密钥加密后才上传。密钥从不离开你的设备，服务器上存放的只有密文。这意味着：

• 我们、云服务商、以及任何拿到数据库的人，都无法读出你的任何一条短信。
• 如果你忘记密码，我们无法帮你找回已加密的历史数据——这是端到端加密的代价，也是它的意义。

我们收集什么

• 账号信息：邮箱地址（用于注册与登录验证码）。
• 加密后的内容：短信正文、通话记录、你设置的联系人备注名——均为密文。
• 同步必需的元数据：消息时间戳、类型（短信/通话）、来源设备标识。用于排序、去重与跨设备同步。
• SIM 卡信息：运营商名称与卡槽号（加密存储），仅用于让你在 iPhone 上选择用哪张卡发送短信。
• 推送令牌：APNs 设备令牌，仅用于向你自己的 iPhone 投递新消息通知。

我们不收集你的位置、通讯录全表、相册（除你主动选择发送的图片外）或任何设备广告标识符。

安卓端的权限说明

• 短信与通话记录权限：读取本机短信与通话以便备份同步；设为默认短信 App 后可在应用内直接收发。
• 通知读取权限：部分机型（如荣耀）的验证码短信不写入系统短信库，靠读取通知兜底转发，仅解析短信类通知。
• 电话状态权限：识别 SIM 卡与来电号码。

这些权限的用途仅限于上述同步功能，采集到的内容一律加密后才上传。

数据存储与安全

密文数据存储于位于香港的服务器（阿里云），全部传输经 TLS 加密（由 Cloudflare 提供网络接入）。账号密码采用加盐哈希，绝不存储明文密码。

第三方服务

我们只在必要环节使用以下服务方，均无法获得你的短信内容：

• Apple（APNs）：向你的 iPhone 投递新消息通知，推送内容不含短信正文。
• Resend：仅用于向你的邮箱投递登录验证码邮件。
• Cloudflare：HTTPS 网络接入。

数据删除

• 在任一端删除消息，会同步删除云端与其他设备上的副本。
• 你可以随时在设置中退出登录；如需彻底注销账号并清除全部云端数据，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们将在 7 个工作日内处理完毕。

儿童隐私

遥信 Aerogram 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童。如我们发现误收集了儿童信息，将立即删除。

政策变更

政策更新时我们会修改本页并更新生效日期，重大变更会在应用内提示。

Aerogram Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Aerogram syncs the SMS messages and call logs from your Android phone to your own iPhone. Our principle is simple: your messages are encrypted before they ever leave your device, the server only ever handles ciphertext, and we cannot read them — no ads, no selling of data, no third-party tracking.

End-to-end encryption (the most important part)

Your message bodies, call logs, and contact nicknames are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your password before upload. The key never leaves your devices; the server stores only ciphertext. This means:

• Neither we, nor our cloud provider, nor anyone who obtains the database can read a single one of your messages.
• If you forget your password, we cannot recover your encrypted history. That is the cost of end-to-end encryption — and the point of it.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address (for sign-up and login codes).
• Encrypted content: message bodies, call records, and contact nicknames you set — all as ciphertext.
• Metadata required for sync: message timestamps, type (SMS/call), and source device identifier, used for ordering, de-duplication, and cross-device sync.
• SIM information: carrier name and slot number (stored encrypted), used solely so you can choose which SIM sends a message from your iPhone.
• Push token: your APNs device token, used only to deliver notifications to your own iPhone.

We do not collect your location, your full contact list, your photo library (other than images you explicitly choose to send), or any advertising identifiers.

Android permissions

• SMS and call log: to back up and sync your messages; when set as the default SMS app, to send and receive within the app.
• Notification access: on some devices (e.g. HONOR) verification-code messages are not written to the system SMS database; notification reading is used as a fallback, and only message-type notifications are parsed.
• Phone state: to identify SIM cards and incoming numbers.

These permissions are used solely for the sync features described above, and all captured content is encrypted before upload.

Storage and security

Encrypted data is stored on servers located in Hong Kong (Alibaba Cloud). All traffic is encrypted with TLS (network access via Cloudflare). Passwords are salted and hashed; we never store plaintext passwords.

Third-party services

We use the following providers only where necessary. None of them can access your message content:

• Apple (APNs) — delivering notifications to your iPhone; push payloads contain no message text.
• Resend — delivering login verification emails only.
• Cloudflare — HTTPS network access.

Deletion

• Deleting a message on any device removes it from the cloud and from your other devices.
• You may sign out at any time in Settings. To permanently delete your account and all cloud data, contact us at the address below; we will complete the request within 7 business days.

Children's privacy

Aerogram is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
